After a quick look at the  (rather sexy) cover, I decided that I would give a shot to Wild Things, even though the cast seemed kinda weak. Denise Richards is gorgeous, period. Unfortunately, I was misleaded, this movie ain't as hot and sexy as the hype led me to expect.

The plot too, is not as simple as it appears. Sam Lombardo is a high school counsellor in Blue Bay, Florida, a small town with a majority of it's population being rich and stuck up. Everything is doing fine for him until Kelly Van Ryan, the daughter of the richest family in Southern Florida, is accusing him of rape. From there, the story changes direction every 5 minutes until we don't know who is the bad guy no more. Every one seems to pull some shyt and tells lies after lies. It gets kinda pushy and not believable towards the end.

I found the directing very bland while the acting was horrible except maybe Denise Richards (Of course) and Bill Murray. The script and the beautiful scenery sort of saved the movie. Ok, that lesbian scene between Richards and Campbell is pretty sweet and so is the one were the aforementioned washes Lombardo's car and ends up all wet but the rest was pretty average. Too bad, could have been a way better movie.
