Clubbing: Bypass of Geneva

medium_bypass.jpg

A lil' advertising for my favorite club in HOT Geneva. The Bypass club in the heart of the greater Geneva is composed of three distinctive room. The luxuous VIP space is situated behind the DJ booth and will allow it's lucky customers to view the entire dancefloor while sipping on fine champagne their asses dropped on expensive sofas. The lounge-restaurant on the second floor with a capacity of 80 people offers a reffined service in upscale surroundings. Finally, the club (on the picture) with it's classy architecture is the glamour rendez-vous of the Geneva in-crowd. The music played is 80% House and 20% Rap for a down and derrty atmosphere. Prices at the entrance is of 20 Swiss Francs. Inside the bottle of Vodka costs 500.- while a champagne 1300.-. Living the life of the young and rich...

Lake Parade 2005

medium_lake2005_r2_c2.jpg

2005's Lake Parade in Geneva included 300'000 participants, the introduction of GHB (the rapist's pill), a pleasant afternoon that ended in a pretty cold evening, guys doing weird faces, many different style of music (From the classic House, Latino, Trance, Techno, or Rap to something odder like Goa or to something already more obsure and noisy like Hardcore), girlz wearing nothing, men who will go to hell, many clowns, guys dressed out of aluminium cans, a rain of coma due to alcohol consumption, Merlin the enchanter, old men who don't hear anything anymore, guys in wheelchairs holding on to the music trucks, Geneva's major event, 17 Music trucks (Including One FM, Leman Bleu, Aston' S Night Wear, Tribune de Genève and even the City of Geneva!), the fugliest people I ever saw in my life, a pile of trash piling up in the streetz, internationally famous VIPs, a hell of a lot of DJs more or less known and more or less talented (Vincz Lee, Green Giant, Landscape, Gianni Parrini, Tatana...), Saudis with a curious air, an eye from the police felt averywhere, a saturation of the cellphone network, executives of prestigious banks and enterprises dressed like ugly girlz and coked out to death, some fights here and there ... For a result less prestigious than in 2004.
